Custom storefronts

Custom-branded storefront pages at pieces.market/seller/<your-slug>. Your inventory, your bio, your contact channel for off-platform inquiries. The route is shipped today; the editor for custom branding (header image, palette, layout) ships with the gallery release.

Bulk listing tools

We are building bulk-upload tooling for galleries managing twenty-plus listings — CSV import for artwork attributes, edition data, condition grades, and pricing. Photo upload remains per-listing for documentation integrity; the metadata side gets the throughput.

Consignment workflows

We are building consignment workflows — list inventory you do not yet hold title to, with the consignor relationship documented in the listing record, payouts split automatically at sale, and statements generated for both sides. Built around the way galleries already operate.

Dedicated account management

We work directly with partner galleries on onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing operational questions. No tier, no escalation queue — direct access during the early partnership period.

Initial conversation

We respond within two business days to schedule a thirty-minute call. Discuss your inventory rhythm, current channels, and what platform support would look like for your operations.

Verification of business credentials

Standard business verification — entity registration, bank account verification through Stripe Connect, references from artists or consignors where applicable.

Technical onboarding

We assist with inventory migration, storefront configuration, and any custom workflow integrations. CSV templates for bulk imports; one-on-one walkthrough of seller-facing tools.

Soft launch with first listings

Start with a curated subset of inventory to validate the workflow end to end. Internal review of listing presentation; adjustments before public visibility.

Public launch on storefront

Storefront goes live at your custom URL. Inventory is searchable across PIECES; you have direct messaging with collectors and full visibility into offer activity through the seller dashboard.

Fee structure

Eight percent. Same as everyone.

PIECES charges 8% commission on every completed sale — the same flat rate that applies to individual sellers. There is no different rate for galleries, no scale discount, no surcharge for institutional accounts. PIECES does not favor scale at the expense of individual sellers; every transaction pays the same flat 8%. New sellers — including galleries — receive their first 3 sales commission-free as a launch promotion.
