Every seller passes Stripe identity verification before listing. Verified Seller status is earned after three completed transactions with no disputes — a public record, not a paid badge.

Two-Tier Buyer Protection

Sales under $5,000 are covered by PIECES Assurance — Stripe-backed payment with a five-day post-delivery inspection window. Sales of $5,000 or more route through PIECES Protected with funds held until you confirm receipt.

Certificate Verification

Every listing requires a Certificate of Authenticity. Sales of $5,000 or more carry additional documentation review by our authentication partners. Buyers see exactly what is on file.

Standardized Provenance

Edition number, signature placement, condition grade, and chain of custody captured the same way for every print. Comparable across artists and dealers, in a single dataset.
